AFE for SAP
All SAP-Systems (R/2 and R/3) are designed to print on all different
printers using the internal forms generator called SAPscript and/or
ABAP-Lists. To support as much printer vendors and printer models as
possible the supported features results in a very simple printout. This
output is mainly based on fixed pitch (12) courier typefaces. Also the
SAPscript program is very difficult to maintain (cryptic-syntax), to
add or modify the forms (or LayoutSets). Based on the requests from
our SAP-Customers we have developed a new SAP-Printer-Software called
"Advanced Function Enabler" AFE.
